We provide primary data collection and analysis services tailored to agencies, companies and brands that need fast, actionable information.

Our data collection techniques include face-to-face (door-to-door, street intercepts, exit surveys and CLT), telephone, WhatsApp surveys and online (when targets are sufficiently digitised).

Data acquisition

  • Our team verifies and finalises field materials (translation, CAPI link, photos, concepts where applicable).
  • Geolocation of surveyors in their assigned areas. Each surveyor is equipped with a digital tablet and never collects more than 10% of the project sample.
  • Briefings are provided by the field manager directly to supervisors and surveyors, either via video conference or face-to-face, depending on the country.

Quality control

One agent supervises a maximum of five interviewers.
At least 25% of checks are unannounced field checks.
At least 30% of respondents receive a follow-up telephone call from our central quality control team.
In the event of CLT… New screening inside the premises before directing participants to the ‘survey rooms’.
